Hospitality food The Spa Bridlington offers a bespoke hospitality service to complement your meeting or event. Whether you’re looking for afternoon tea, fork or finger buffets, banqueting or gourmet dining, our chefs and catering team will make sure your experience is mouth-watering!

Our day delegate rates include:

  • Freshly filtered tea or coffee on arrival
  • Mid morning tea or coffee with freshly baked Danish pastries
  • A hot or cold fork buffet
  • Afternoon tea or coffee with biscuits
  • Chilled iced water throughout the day

Hot Table

  • Chicken and mushroom stroganoff with pilau rice
  • Roasted vegetable lasagne
  • Oven baked jacket potato halves, mixed garden salad and warm bakers bread rolls
  • Fresh fruit platter in bite size pieces, accompanied by a natural yoghurt dip
  • Freshly brewed tea or coffee

Cold Table

  • A selection of sandwiches using speciality breads and wraps, with an assortment of mouth watering fillings
  • Three cheese and sweet red onion tartlets
  • Vegetable bite size crudities accompanied by a trio of guacamole, salsa and a mint yoghurt dip
  • Indian platter including a selection of onion bhajis, vegetable and coriander samosas and vegetable pakoras served warm, accompanied by a sweet and sour chilli salsa
  • Fresh fruit platter in bite size pieces, accompanied by a natural yoghurt dip
  • Freshly brewed tea or coffee

Hospitality food The Spa Bridlington has an array of choices for buffets or sit-down meals and our bespoke service allows us to tailor the menu to your individual requirements. Alternatively you may pick from a selection of delicious set menus and enjoy great food with minimum hassle!

Menu 1

  • Scottish smoked salmon and tiger prawns, laid on a leaf salad drizzled in a citrus vinaigrette
  • Slow roasted pork shoulder accompanied by roasted root vegetables, bubble and squeak and an apple and cider sauce
  • Brandy snap baskets with fresh strawberries and Cointreau cream
  • Freshly brewed coffee with dinner mints

Menu 2

  • Ogen melon with a mixed summer compote, garnished with citrus fruits and peach Schnapps
  • Poached breast of chicken accompanied by a wild mushroom and Madeira sauce and a selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes
  • Trio of profiteroles filled with Baileys cream, accompanied with a warm, dark chocolate sauce
  • Freshly brewed coffee with dinner mints
